Welcome ARTISANS, CRAFTERS, SMALL BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURS, LARGE BUSINESS ENTREPRENEURS, AND MANY MORE!
This is your chance to be part of a first-of-its-kind event celebrating cannabis culture, music, and community.

Festival Location
Stratotech Park International Raceway,
55112 Highway 825, Sturgeon County, AB, T8L 5C1, Canada
Vendor Hours
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Set-up begins at 10:00 AM)
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Set-up begins at 10:00 AM)
Important:
Vendors must be fully operational when gates open and remain open until closing.
Early closure or unattended trucks/booths may result in dismissal.
Vendors Responsibilities & Rules
Tenting Requirements
NO pop-up tents permitted
All tents must be:
Fire-rated and government approved
Properly secured to the ground
Food Truck/Vendor without proper tenting will be denied set-up
Location Responsibility & Cleanliness
Vendors must maintain a clean space during and after the event
All garbage, grease, and materials must be properly disposed of
Dumpsters and designated disposal areas must be used
Failure to clean your site will result in:
Loss of deposit
Possible ban from future events
Substance Use Policy
No alcohol or illegal drugs permitted
Vendors may not operate under the influence of any substance
Violations result in immediate dismissal and deposit forfeiture
Services/products & Pricing
Prices must include GST and be clearly displayed
Vendors may only sell approved inventory
Inventory changes will not be accepted within 60 days of the event
Food & Beverage Sales Policy
This is a cashless event
Vendors must use the festival’s approved payment system
Cash sales are NOT permitted (cash tips allowed)
Payments will be settled via electronic funds transfer after the event
Participation Fees (Community Vendors)
(For approved vendors only — do not submit payment with application)
15% commission on sales
Important:
Commission to be paid within 2 weeks after festival close.

110/120 Volt
20 Amps: $200
30 Amps: $300
220/240 Volt
50 Amps: $400
Up to 60 Amps: $500
80–100 Amps: $600
Cleanup Deposit (Refundable)
$500 per vendor space
Refunded after inspection (within 2 days post-event) if site is clean and undamaged
Application Requirements (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Prepare Required Information
Please ensure you have:
Full Name & Contact Information
Business Name & Concession Name
Tax ID / Business Number
Mailing Address
Service or Product List (including pricing)
Booth dimensions (frontage & depth)
Type of vending unit (truck, trailer, tent, etc.)
Hitch location (if applicable)
Power requirements
At least:
1 photo of your logo
2 photo of your service/products
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Submit all required information and materials as instructed (online form or email submission).
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Step 3: Application Review
Applications are reviewed based on:
Inventory
Festival fit
Step 4: Approval & Payment
After approval, 25% commission on sales is to be paid within 2 weeks after festival close.
Step 5: Final Requirements (If Accepted)
Depending on your inventory, you may require:
Proof of liability and auto insurance
Certificate of insurance listing CannaBliss Festival
Valid permits and health approvals if required
Vendors are responsible for their own adherance to compliance
Additional Notes
Vendor Booths must be clean, professional, and visually appealing
Lighting, signage, and branding are strongly encouraged
No inventory or equipment may extend beyond your assigned space

All submitted information is accurate
You understand that application does not guarantee acceptance
