COMMUNITY VENDOR APPLICATION GUIDE

WELCOME ARTISANS, CRAFTERS, ENTREPRENEURS, BUSINESSES & COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS!

CannaBliss Festival is presenting 1 VIBE, a two-day, all-ages outdoor music festival featuring hip-hop, EDM, arts, culture, and community.

We welcome artisans, crafters, entrepreneurs, businesses, community organizations, and other vendors to participate throughout the weekend.

Whether you offer unique products, artwork, clothing, handmade goods, creative services, wellness products, experiences, or other community-focused offerings, 1 VIBE provides an opportunity to connect with a large and engaged festival audience.

We encourage:

This is an opportunity to showcase what you do while being part of a new festival celebrating music, culture, creativity, and community.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Do not submit payment with your application.

  • Approved vendors will receive confirmation and further participation information.

FESTIVAL & VENDOR HOURS

Friday: Vendor setup for approved vendors permitted to leave equipment overnight. Overnight security will be provided.

Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Setup begins at 10:00 AM.

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Setup begins at 10:00 AM.

Vendors must be fully operational when gates open and remain open until closing. Early closure or unattended booths may result in dismissal.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & RULES

TENTING

  • Pop-up tents are permitted.

  • All tents must be properly secured.

  • Fire-rated, government-approved tents are preferred.

  • Vendors without safe and compliant tenting will not be permitted to set up.

CLEANLINESS

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space throughout the event.

  • All garbage, waste, and materials must be properly disposed of.

  • Designated dumpsters and disposal areas must be used where applicable.

Unclean or damaged sites may result in a $500 cleanup charge and/or exclusion from future events.

SUBSTANCE POLICY

  • No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted for vendor operations.

  • Vendors and staff may not operate while under the influence of any substance.

  • Violations may result in immediate dismissal and forfeiture of applicable fees.

PRODUCTS, SERVICES & PRICING

  • All prices must include GST, where applicable, and be clearly displayed.

  • Vendors may only sell or promote approved products and services.

  • Significant inventory or service changes must be approved by CannaBliss Festival.

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products, services, claims, and transactions comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM - 2026 EXCEPTIONs

    1 VIBE is a cashless event - But we are holding a 2026 exception for vendors who may not have time to set up a cashless system in the time allotted.

    Vendors selling products or services should use the festival's approved payment system, but we will make exceptions this year for community vendors to work with cash.

    • Vendor sales will be settled by electronic funds transfer preferably, or in cash, after the event.

    • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate banking information for payment settlement.

    PARTICIPATION FEES

    For approved vendors only — do not submit payment with your application.

    $42 REGISTRATION FEE PER EMPLOYEE, 5% Commission

    Each registered vendor employee will receive a special vendor ticket.

    The registration fee includes:

    • Access inside the concert grounds

    • Assigned vending space

    • Parking for up to two vendor vehicles beside the truck/tent, where space permits

    Payment is due within two weeks of acceptance.

110/120V

  • 20A — $200

  • 30A — $300

220/240V

  • 50A — $400

  • Up to 60A — $500

  • 80–100A — $600

Vendors must indicate their power requirements during the application process.

CLEANUP & SITE RESPONSIBILITY

There is no separate cleanup deposit.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their assigned space clean and undamaged.

Following post-event inspection, a $500 cleanup charge may be issued for sites that are left unclean, damaged, or otherwise in violation of the vendor requirements.

Serious or repeated non-compliance may result in exclusion from future events.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

STEP 1 — PREPARE YOUR INFORMATION

Please have the following ready:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Business/organization name

  • Tax ID / Business Number, if applicable

  • Mailing address

  • Product and/or service list

  • Pricing

  • Booth dimensions

  • Type of vendor setup

  • Hitch location, if applicable

  • Power requirements

  • Minimum 1 photo of your logo/branding

  • Minimum 2 photos of your products, services, booth, or previous setup

STEP 2 — SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Complete the online application form and provide all requested information and images.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

STEP 3 — APPLICATION REVIEW

Applications will be reviewed based on:

  • Product/service suitability

  • Quality and uniqueness

  • Presentation

  • Festival fit

  • Overall vendor mix

To maintain a diverse marketplace, CannaBliss Festival may limit vendors offering substantially similar products or services.

STEP 4 — APPROVAL

If selected, you will receive a vendor contract and invoice.

Payment is due within two weeks of acceptance.

STEP 5 — FINAL REQUIREMENTS

Depending on your products, services, or setup, you may be required to provide:

  • Proof of liability and/or auto insurance

  • Certificate of Insurance naming CannaBliss Festival

  • Required permits, licences, or approvals

  • Health approvals, if applicable

  • Municipal or regulatory documentation, if applicable

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their own products, services, business practices, and operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

All vendor spaces must be:

  • Clean and professional

  • Visually appealing

  • Properly contained within the assigned space

Lighting, signage, branding, displays, and interactive elements are strongly encouraged.

No inventory, equipment, signage, vehicles, or other materials may extend beyond the assigned space.

AGREEMENT

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to the festival's vendor rules and requirements.

  • All information submitted is accurate and complete.

  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • You understand that no payment is required unless otherwise instructed following approval.

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements related to your business, products, or services.
