djlp (Lorien Partridge) has been moving dancefloors for over 25 years, spinning deep disco, dub techno, funky house, and techno with infectious energy. Inspired by early experimental synth pioneers like Vangelis, Chick Corea, George Duke, and Herbie Hancock, as well as jazz, funk, soul, and blues, Lorien developed a lifelong passion for groove-driven music.

His first residency was at the legendary Therapy After Hours (later Y Afterhours), closing Friday nights for more than five years. Since then, djlp has performed at clubs, festivals, and private events, and hosted Heartbeats on CJSR Radio, sharing his love of soulful and funky sounds with the community.

Known for meticulously curated, sophisticated house, djlp bridges classic influences with contemporary grooves, keeping dance floors moving from start to finish.
