Food Vendor Application Guide
Welcome Food TRUCKS/VENDORS !
This is your chance to be part of a first-of-its-kind event celebrating cannabis culture, music, and community.
Important Application Information
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until spaces are filled
Submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance
Do NOT send payment until your application has been approved

Festival & Vendor Hours
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Set-up begins at 10:00 AM)
Sunday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM (Set-up begins at 10:00 AM)
Important:
Vendors must be fully operational when gates open and remain open until closing.
Early closure or unattended trucks/booths may result in dismissal.
Vendor Responsibilities & Rules
Tenting Requirements
NO pop-up tents permitted
All tents must be:
Fire-rated and government approved
Properly secured to the ground
Vendors without proper tenting will be denied set-up
Location Responsibility & Cleanliness
Vendors must maintain a clean space during and after the event
All garbage, grease, and materials must be properly disposed of
Dumpsters and designated disposal areas must be used
Failure to clean your site will result in:
Loss of deposit
Possible ban from future events
Substance Use Policy
No alcohol or illegal drugs permitted
Vendors may not operate under the influence of any substance
Violations result in immediate dismissal and deposit forfeiture
Menu & Pricing
Prices must include GST and be clearly displayed
Vendors may only sell approved menu items
Menu changes will not be accepted within 60 days of the event
Food & Beverage Sales Policy
This is a cashless event
Vendors must use the festival’s approved payment system
Cash sales are NOT permitted (cash tips allowed)
Payments will be settled via electronic funds transfer after the event
Participation Fees (Food Vendors)
(For approved vendors only — do not submit payment with application)
$1,500 base fee + 25% commission on sales
Includes vending space and basic power (up to 50 Amps, 220V)
Important:
Deposit must be paid within 2 weeks of acceptance
Failure to pay will result in loss of your vendor space
Additional Power (Optional)
110/120 Volt
20 Amps: $250
30 Amps: $300
220/240 Volt
50 Amps: $350
Up to 60 Amps: $400
80–100 Amps: $600
Cleanup Deposit (Refundable)
$500 per vendor space
Refunded after inspection (within 2 days post-event) if site is clean and undamaged
Application Requirements (Step-by-Step)
Step 1: Prepare Required Information
Please ensure you have:
Full Name & Contact Information
Business Name & Concession Name
Tax ID / Business Number
Mailing Address
Menu & Product List (including pricing)
Value meal option (if applicable)
Booth dimensions (frontage & depth)
Type of vending unit (truck, trailer, tent, etc.)
Hitch location (if applicable)
Power requirements
At least:
2 photos of your booth
2 photos of your food/products
Step 2: Submit Your Application
Submit all required information and materials as instructed (online form or email submission).
Incomplete applications will not be considered.
Step 3: Application Review
Applications are reviewed based on:
Menu variety
Pricing
Presentation
Festival fit
Step 4: Approval & Payment
If selected:
You will receive a contract and invoice
Payment must be completed within 2 weeks
Step 5: Final Requirements (If Accepted)
You may be required to provide:
Proof of liability and auto insurance
Certificate of insurance listing CannaBliss Festival
Valid permits and health approvals
AGLC / municipal compliance documentation
Additional Notes
Booths must be clean, professional, and visually appealing
Lighting, signage, and branding are strongly encouraged
No inventory or equipment may extend beyond your assigned space
