FOOD TRUCK & FOOD VENDOR APPLICATION GUIDE

CannaBliss Festival is presenting 1 VIBE, a two-day, all-ages outdoor music festival featuring hip-hop, EDM, arts, culture, and community.

OCTOBER 3 & 4, 2026

We are looking for high-quality, unique, and diverse food trucks and food vendors to serve our attendees throughout the weekend.

We encourage:

  • Vegan, vegetarian, and specialty-diet choices

  • Fast and efficient service

  • Attractive, professional presentation

This is an opportunity to showcase your food to a large, engaged festival audience in a positive, community-focused environment.

IMPORTANT APPLICATION INFORMATION

  • Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • Do not submit payment with your application.

  • Approved vendors will receive a contract and invoice.

  • Payment is due within two weeks of acceptance.

FESTIVAL & VENDOR HOURS

  • Friday: Vendor setup for approved vendors permitted to leave equipment overnight. Overnight security will be provided.

  • Saturday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    Setup begins at 10:00 AM.

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM
    Setup begins at 10:00 AM.

  • Monday: Cleanup for vendors who do not pack up Sunday evening.

Vendors must be fully operational when gates open and remain open until closing. Early closure or unattended trucks/booths may result in dismissal.

VENDOR REQUIREMENTS & RULES

TENTING

  • Pop-up tents are permitted.

  • All tents must be properly secured.

  • Fire-rated, government-approved tents are preferred.

  • Vendors without safe and compliant tenting will not be permitted to set up.

CLEANLINESS

  • Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and safe space throughout the event.

  • All garbage, grease, and waste must be properly disposed of.

  • Designated dumpsters and disposal areas must be used where applicable.

Unclean or damaged sites may result in a $500 cleanup charge and/or exclusion from future events.

SUBSTANCE POLICY

  • No alcohol or illegal drugs are permitted for vendor operations.

  • Vendors and staff may not operate while under the influence of any substance.

  • Violations may result in immediate dismissal and forfeiture of applicable fees.

MENU & PRICING

  • All prices must include GST and be clearly displayed.

  • Vendors may only sell approved menu items.

  • Menu changes will not be accepted within two weeks of the event.

  • Value meal options are encouraged where applicable.

  • Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable food-safety, health, licensing, and regulatory requirements.

CASHLESS PAYMENT SYSTEM

1 VIBE is a cashless event.

Food vendors must use the festival's approved payment system.

  • Cash sales are not permitted.

  • Cash tips are permitted.

  • Vendor sales will be settled by electronic funds transfer after the event.

  • Vendors are responsible for providing accurate banking information for payment settlement.

PARTICIPATION FEES

For approved vendors only — do not submit payment with your application.

$42 REGISTRATION FEE PER EMPLOYEE + 15% COMMISSION ON SALES

Each registered vendor employee will receive a special vendor ticket.

The registration fee includes:

  • Access inside the concert grounds

  • Assigned vending space

  • Parking for up to two vendor vehicles beside the truck/tent, where space permits

Payment is due within two weeks of acceptance.

110/120V

  • 20A — $200

  • 30A — $300

220/240V

  • 50A — $400

  • Up to 60A — $500

  • 80–100A — $600

Vendors must indicate their power requirements during the application process.

CLEANUP & SITE RESPONSIBILITY

There is no separate cleanup deposit.

Vendors are responsible for leaving their assigned space clean and undamaged.

Following post-event inspection, a $500 cleanup charge may be issued for sites that are left unclean, damaged, or otherwise in violation of the vendor requirements.

Serious or repeated non-compliance may result in exclusion from future events.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

STEP 1 — PREPARE YOUR INFORMATION

Please have the following ready:

  • Full name and contact information

  • Business and concession name

  • Tax ID / Business Number

  • Mailing address

  • Complete menu and pricing

  • Value meal option, if applicable

  • Booth/unit dimensions

  • Type of vending unit

  • Hitch location, if applicable

  • Power requirements

  • Minimum 2 photos of your booth/unit

  • Minimum 2 photos of your food/products

STEP 2 — SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION

Complete the online application form and provide all requested information and images.

Incomplete applications will not be considered.

STEP 3 — APPLICATION REVIEW

Applications will be reviewed based on:

  • Menu variety

  • Pricing

  • Quality

  • Presentation

  • Festival fit

  • Overall vendor mix

To maintain a diverse food offering, CannaBliss Festival may limit vendors offering substantially similar products.

STEP 4 — APPROVAL & PAYMENT

If selected, you will receive a vendor contract and invoice.

Payment is due within two weeks of acceptance.

STEP 5 — FINAL REQUIREMENTS

Approved vendors may be required to provide:

  • Proof of liability and auto insurance

  • Certificate of Insurance naming CannaBliss Festival

  • Required health permits and approvals

  • Applicable municipal and regulatory documentation

  • Any required AGLC compliance documentation

Vendors are responsible for ensuring their operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

All vendor spaces must be:

  • Clean and professional

  • Visually appealing

  • Properly contained within the assigned space

Lighting, signage, branding, and attractive displays are strongly encouraged.

No inventory, equipment, signage, vehicles, or other materials may extend beyond the assigned space.

AGREEMENT

By submitting an application, you confirm that:

  • You have read and agree to the festival's vendor rules and requirements.

  • All information submitted is accurate and complete.

  • You understand that submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.

  • You understand that payment is only required following approval.

  • You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, permits, and licensing requirements related to your business and operations.
