Maurice Ryan is a veteran Canadian DJ whose career spans more than three decades. Born in Toronto, later living in Edmonton and now based in Vancouver, he began DJing in 1992 playing hip hop and R&B before expanding into an open-format style rooted in funk, soul, house, and classic party records. Known for his deep love of music and ability to read a crowd, Maurice became a familiar name in Vancouver’s nightlife throughout the 1990s and 2000s.
