Our long-term vision is to help communities establish distinctive annual festivals and cultural tourism attractions that reflect their identity, creativity and potential.
We envision a model in which CannaBliss Festival works with local communities over an initial three-to-five-year development period, adapting the timeline to each destination's needs and readiness.
Our approach is to build the event, develop the audience, strengthen local partnerships, share knowledge and prepare local leadership to continue operating the festival.
As each destination becomes capable of sustaining its own event, we aim to transition operational responsibility to local organizers and move forward to help develop new cultural destinations.
Our Development Approach
1. Discover the destination
Work with local communities to identify opportunities, cultural strengths, artists, tourism potential and suitable partners.
2. Establish the event
Develop the concept, programming, production plan, funding strategy, audience and community relationships.
3. Build local capacity
Engage local artists, businesses, suppliers, volunteers and organizers while documenting procedures and developing leadership.
4. Transfer knowledge and responsibility
Provide training, operating documentation, planning tools and practical guidance to support a locally led event.
5. Support continuity and expand
Help establish the conditions for ongoing local operation, then apply the knowledge gained to future cultural and tourism initiatives.

We want communities to gain more than a festival weekend. We aim to leave behind practical knowledge, local relationships, creative opportunities and a framework that supports continued cultural activity and tourism.
Our long-term ambition is to create a growing network of locally sustained festivals connected through shared experience, knowledge and collaboration.

CBF Productions is the proposed community collaboration and event-production arm associated with the CannaBliss Festival vision.
We work toward bringing creative ideas to life alongside artists, event organizers, businesses and community partners.
Our collaborations may include music festivals, arts events, all-ages experiences, entertainment and other community-led projects. These events do not need to be cannabis-focused to align with our commitment to creativity, respect, positive connection and shared cultural experiences.
We welcome collaboration with people and organizations across different industries, including those working in alcohol-related businesses, when a project has a clear shared purpose and an appropriate fit.
Our aim is to share the workload, build strong partnerships and help create memorable experiences that bring people together.
